Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your SPONO’ED gear — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.


Returns & Exchanges

If your item is unworn, unused, and in original condition, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unwashed and unmarked

  • With original tags/packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear or use


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return freight back to us.
We recommend using a tracked service. We can't guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on hats, socks, stickers or any custom or limited-edition drops unless faulty.
